- 1 lb red or green seedless grapes (approx. 3 cups)
- 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple can substitute canned pineapple. make sure drain and pat dry before adding.
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 6 ounces fresh blueberries
- 6 ounces fresh blackberries
- 3 kiwi (peeled and sliced)
Dressing
- 1 lime (will need zest of one lime)
- 1 ½ Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
Wash and dry all fruit used in the recipe, pat dry with a paper towel, spread, and let it air dry. It is important to ensure that the fruit is as dry as possible before mixing.
Place all the fruits you are using in a large serving bowl and toss lightly to mix.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the lime zest and lime juice. Add the honey and whisk vigorously until the ingredients are well combined. When you're ready to serve, drizzle the mixture over the fruit and gently toss to ensure that the fruit is evenly coated.
