Cherry Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 21 oz cherry pie filling
  • 1 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 20 oz crushed pineapple (drained and patted dry)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 8 oz Cool Whip topping thawed
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

Prep

  • Drain crushed pineapple and set aside.
  • Chop pecans and set aside.

Assembly

  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together cherry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, and drained crushed pineapple.
  • Fold in the marshmallows, Cool Whip, and pecans. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight. Will keep in refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Serve

  • When you're ready to serve, remove the dessert from the refrigerator and transfer it to an attractive serving dish or trifle bowl. You can enjoy it on its own, spoon a dollop over a slice of pound cake, or omit the marshmallows and serve it in a graham cracker crust. It also works beautifully as a dip, pair it with a platter of fruit and cookies for a fun twist
