- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme or (½ tsp dried)
- ½ tsp salt, adjust to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
In a medium bowl, add softened butter.
Stir in minced garlic, parsley, chives, and thyme.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined
Scoop the butter onto a piece of parchment paper. Form into a log and twist the ends to seal.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Slice into rounds and serve over meats, vegetables, or warm bread.
