Coca-Cola Meatballs
Easy-to-make sweet tomato and coke glazed meatball appetizers great for any gathering.

Preheat oven to 375℉. Place frozen meatballs on a large baking sheet and bake for about 8-10 minutes; remove from oven and turn meatballs over to brown the other side. Place back in oven for 8-10 minutes. Do Not Overbrown!
In the crockpot, whisk together tomato sauce, Coca-Cola, Worcestershire sauce, Lipton onion soup mix, minced garlic, cornstarch, light brown sugar, and black pepper whisking to blend thoroughly.
Remove meatballs from the oven once browned, and scoop into the crockpot. Stir the meatballs, making sure all are covered with the sauce. Turn the crockpot heat on High and cook for 1 hour then switch to Low heat and cook 2 more hours. Turn to warm until ready to serve.
Serve and Enjoy!
Serving Size = 4 meatballs
This recipe calls for frozen meatballs which are usually pre-cooked. If you decide to make your own meatballs, then adjust your cooking time accordingly
