Ingredients

Instructions

Prep

  • Wash red and green grapes and pat dry with paper towels. Make sure grapes are dry before using. Leave grapes whole; do not slice.

Mix Dressing

  • Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Assembly

  • Place grapes in a large mixing bowl. Add the creamy dressing and toss. Cover the grape salad and refrigerate until ready to serve. Chill overnight is best.

Serve

  • Transfer to a serving bowl. I usually do 3 even layers, sprinkling light brown sugar and chopped pecans over each layer.

This can be prepared 2 days before your event, just delay mixing the grapes and creamy dressing until a few hours before serving. Best eaten within 2 days of mixing.
