1 -8 ouncecontainer of whipped topping (thawed) -Buy a large container of whipped topping, Use 8 oz. for the pie filling and use the rest for a pie topping.
¼cupchopped peanuts
1 -9 inchgraham cracker crust - check out the different varieties of crust now available at your local market
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add sugar and peanut butter, mix well.
Gradually add milk and mix until blended.
Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
Spoon into a 9-inch graham cracker crust, Sprinkle with crushed peanuts. I also like to top the pie with whipped topping and then drizzle with chocolate syrup and then top with more crushed peanuts.
It is best to chill it overnight. Alternatively, you can prepare it early in the day if you plan to serve it in the afternoon or evening.
