- 1 - 20 ounce can of pineapple tidbits or chunks (drain and reserve juice)
- 1 large apple (peeled and chopped)
- 1 -15 ounce can of fruit cocktail (drained)
- 2 -15 ounce cans of mandarin oranges (drained)
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup flaked sweetened or unsweetened coconut
Place your peeled & chopped apple in the reserved pineapple juice and set aside.
Combine sour cream and sugar in a large mixing bowl mixing thoroughly,
Drain fruit cocktail and mandarin oranges. Very important to drain all fruit well.
Drain chopped apple and discard the pineapple juice.
Combine all fruits with sour cream and sugar mixture. Gently mix .
Add mini marshmallows, pecans, and coconut flakes. Toss all ingredients again lightly and place in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
