In a small bowl, mash the 2 bananas with a fork until only small chunks remain. Add the 2 large eggs, the milk, and vegetable oil and mix just until combined.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until well blended, making sure not to over-mix.
Heat your griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet cooking until bubbles form on top then flip with a spatula and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove and repeat until you have used all the batter.
